The 2018 PExpo will change venues to DCU to accommodate the growing numbers of schools that wish to take part.

Triathlon Ireland asks schools to consider organising a triathlon as part of their ASW programme. The triathlon elements (2 lengths SWIM, 10 minutes CYCLE, 1 mile RUN) can be undertaken seperately or as a combined multi-event.
The April newsletter is FULL of resources to help schools planning Active School Week programmes and LOTS of advice for schools working towards the ASF.
Full of help, hints and advice for schools working towards the ASF. And lots of inspiration for Active School Week which is fast approaching!
Hopefully everyone is looking forward to the Schools’ 10 @ 10 initiative. The idea is that as many schools as possible will stop what they are doing and GET ACTIVE for 10 minutes at 10am on February 10th. OT have created 2 classroom workout videos (English and Irish versions) to make it easy to take part but it doesn’t matter what your class/school chooses to do (dance, walk, jog, limbo!!!) once everyone is up and moving and having FUN.
Check out the dates and venues for this term’s DANCE workshops delivered by the PDST. Highly recommended.
